Recent partnership between the IU School of Medicine Ruth Lilly Medical Library and the IUSM Office of Information Services and Technology Management (ISTM) in conjunction with our educational partners in the IUSM Office of Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) and the IUSM Office of Medical Student Affairs (MSA) have led to some changes to enhance technology support services for the upcoming year.
As of July 1, 2012 all public workstations and printers in the library and other educational affairs areas (Medical Science, Daly Center, etc) are now being supported by ISTM. If you need support with any of these workstations, please contact the ISTM Help Desk. You can contact the help desk by calling 274-5336, sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or completing the online form at technology.iusm.iu.edu/service-request/ .
With the change in computer support, please keep in mind that assistance with other educational affairs related systems can be provided by the following members of the educational affairs team:

Walk-in services for personal devices (phones, tablets, computers, etc.) will no longer be available in IB 102. Students are encouraged to work with UITS for these types of support needs and for assistance with Oncourse.
