| Passing data and user lists to Angel Learning | Michael Bangert | Angel data from April 2007, 2008 and 2009 for the LPS field trial was sent and received by ANGEL learning. They will used the data to bring up a hosted site to demo LPS reports. Next step is to send user lists of the programs or courses that LPS can report against. |

| Migrate EdTech site to the new IUSM template | Michael Bangert | Completed April 17. Along with this project, old site files that had built up in the web directory were removed, and a projects page was added to the edtech site. |
| Daly 179 computer moves | Michael Bangert | 8 Dell 755 machines were moved to get computers into a quieter area. 12 machines available now. |
| Tower 1 table and computer moves | Michael Bangert | matching tables from areas in the library that will be under construction were moved into Tower 1. This area was expanded from 13 to 20 stations. |
| CERTTS BCS administration | Michael Bangert | wrote some code to allow easier checks when students need to transfer clinical skills from clerkship reports to the BCS report. |

| 08-09 to 09-10 Database rollover | Eric Cox | Completed the transition/rollover to the new CERTTS database. The new database was created and BCS data moved from 08-09 to 09-10. BCS encounters will now show on reports for multiple years. |
| Pendragon Forms updated for 09-10 | Eric Cox | Completed modifications to the clerkship forms in Pendragon per clerkship director's requests. Completed modifications/updates to sync scripts and report scripts to reflect forms modifications and additional data that directors wanted to see. |
| 08-09 BCS data export | Eric Cox | Completed an export of all BCS encounter data logged for the 08-09 year. Dr. Humbert wanted to review the data for trends (how/where/how often students are logging BCS encounters). |
